On July 26, the press conference of the Ministry of Transport reported that under the strategy of fully promoting the shipment of bulk materials by railways and water transport, the volume of containerized railways and water combined transport in China increased rapidly in the first half of this year.

Mao Jian, deputy inspector of the Department of Comprehensive Planning of the Ministry of Transport, said that in the first half of this year, China's cargo transportation volume reached 23.21 billion tons, a year-on-year increase of 6.9%, and the growth rate was 0.6 percentage points higher than that in the first quarter. JEDDAH — Higher authorities recently approved the setting up of an integrated logistics zone at King Khalid Airport in Riyadh, Okaz has learned.
