Panama Canal raises maximum draught of Neo panamax lock again
The Panama Canal
will raise the maximum allowable width and draught of the vessel passing the
Neo panamax lock.
According to the recommendations of the Panama Canal Authority, the maximum width of commercial and non-commercial vessels that normally transit the Neo panamax will be adjusted to 51.25 meters (168.14 feet) from June 1, 2018
In late April,
